1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 10 days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

5. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. If you would like to speak to someone, please call 407-721-4792. Someone is usually working late. Don't be bashful.

6. What is it that your company sells?

At K & C Catalog all of our products are made in the USA. We offer 100% hand poured candles. Our selection of crystal 100% handcrafted 24% lead. Also we offer leather products. Please keep in mind that products can change from time to time. If you don't see something you want, let us know. We will do our best to help you.
